COUNSELING

We listen your idea and provide the most efficient technological and functional solutions. We adjust the project in relation to the dimensions of the premises, the gastronomic style, the number of tables provided, the regulations and the budget.

DESIGN

Every project is unique: measurements, distribution, furniture, circulations. We plan the water, electricity, gas and air conditioning installations. We study the power and the ideal consumption for each team. We can make realistic perspectives to check the feasibility and aesthetics of the project.

DURABILITY

We use 1.5-3mm steel sections to increase its strength and durability. We install cooking, refrigeration, cleaning and renovation equipment and air extraction of the best qualities and the leading brands in the sector.

SECURITY

We distribute and size the spaces to avoid risks of work accidents, annoyances and stumbling blocks (we propose the logical circuit for the work flow). We install extinguishing systems in smoke extractions.

HYGIENE

We guarantee hygiene and food safety by installing unique countertops to avoid joints that accumulate dirt. We study the optimal extraction (avoid odors, contribution so that there is no depression and absorb the air conditioning of the dining room).

SUSTAINABILITY

We use technologies that minimize the consumption of water, energy and polluting emissions: use of induction technology, water dispensers, sensors for the automatic shutdown of equipment, separation of cooling equipment from those that produce heat (ovens, fryers ), led lighting, etc.

NORMATIVE

We apply to all our facilities compliance with the Gastronorm standard (Standard EN 631 - DIN 66075), mandatory in large kitchens. It makes it easier for all manufacturers to adapt to the same measurement system and to the new Covid-19 regulations and requirements.

TECHNICAL SERVICE

We have a manufacturing and assembly hall. We offer an installation, assembly, maintenance and repairing service throughout the whole national territory.
